The University of Wisconsin football team is set to kick off its second season under coach Luke Fickell on Friday night in Madison when the Badgers open the 2024 campaign against Western Michigan at Camp Randall Stadium.
Fans can watch Wisconsin's opener on FS1 at 8 p.m., with Tim Brando doing play-by-play on the broadcast alongside analyst Devin Gardner and Josh Sims reporting from the sidelines.
The game also will be broadcast on the radio on the Badger Sports Network with Matt Lepay on the play-by-play call alongside former Badgers and Green Bay Packers offensive linemanMark Tauscherand Patrick Herb reporting from the sidelines.

Tailgating is permitted at Camp Randall parking lots, however grilling is limited to surface lots and must be kept clear of all driving and fire lanes. No grills are allowed within any of the indoor parking ramps or garages. Alcohol is allowed, with the exception of Lot 34 and and the Church C lot.

Routes on the Bucky Shuttle are only from Lots 60, 64 and 76 on campus and not from city parking ramps downtown.
