All the Roads Lead to Your Heart - Chris Sturniolo - Chapter 11 - Kiara_Stromboli (2024)

Chapter Text

"Zoé???? Oh my god, you did it again, you don't listen to anything I say!" Nick said, getting annoyed.

"Hmm? What? Sorry, Nick, I swear I was listening, it's just that—damn, sorry," I said, trying to justify myself before sighing.

Nick had come to spend some time at my apartment because he was going through a tough time in his relationship with Shawn, and his brothers weren't helping much by acting like idiots all day long. That's why he naturally came here to seek comfort with me.

And I really wanted to help, listen, and support him. But the only thing on my mind was what happened last night with Chris at that party. It was the first time I did something like that, and I wanted more... f*ck, what's happening to me? I sound like a real obsessed person, oh my god, stop.

"What's going on with you lately? I know it's been a while since we've seen each other, but you seem completely out of it," Nick asked me.

"I don't know, I'm sorry, I'm just a bit disturbed with everything that's been happening since I arrived here," I replied with a shy smile.

"Is it about Kyle? Oh my god, I'm such an asshole to come and bother you with my relationship problems when you've just separated from him. I'm the worst friend," he said, bringing his hand to his mouth when he realized.

"No, Nick! Don't say that, you know I don't mind when it's about you. I really don't want you to think you're bothering me with your problems; on the contrary, I'm glad to be here for you!" I reassured him, taking his hands in mine.

"And as for my breakup with Kyle, I promise you I'm handling it; I'm already moving on," I said with a smile.

"Have you found someone else?" he asked, shocked, with a big smile.

"Um, n-no, not at all," I said, shaking my head, trying to be convincing.

"But enough about me, it's about you now. You have all my attention, I promise," I added to change the subject.

Chris's POV:

"Where's Nick?" I asked Matt as I entered the kitchen.

"Hello to you too. He's at Zoé's," he replied, following me with his eyes to the fridge.

"Weren't we supposed to shoot a video today?" I asked, grabbing a can of Pepsi from the fridge.

"I don't know," he replied, taking his phone out of his pocket.

"You never know anything," I said, rolling my eyes.

"Hm," he simply replied, unfazed.

"Who's making you smile like that?" I asked, seeing him smile at his phone.

"None of your business," he replied without taking his eyes off his phone.

"Come on, Bernard, stop being annoying," I said, sighing.

"Ash and Kay want to come over," he said, changing the subject before straightening up.

"No, you mean Kay wants to come over because you and Ash are going to lock yourselves in your room as usual," I said, rolling my eyes.

"Go take a shower; you stink," he said, chuckling before leaving the kitchen.

"f*ck you!" I shouted after him.

As usual, I'm going to be alone with Kayla. It's not that I mind; she and I get along well, but for once, I'd like to spend some time with both of my brothers together.

When Matt is at home, 80% of the time, he's with Ashley in his room, and the rest of the time, he's at her place. And as for Nick, when he's not with Shawn or in his room editing our videos, he's also with the girls since they became inseparable.

I don't want to be a killjoy, I'm happy for my brothers that they've found someone to love. It's great. The thing is, I get bored when I'm alone, and I don't know how to fix that.

____________

"Hi Chrissy!" Kayla said, flopping down on the couch next to me.

"Hey, Kay," I said, not taking my eyes off my phone.

Ashley just waved at me before following Matt into his room.

"It's depressing to be the only single ones in this group of friends. We should start a club," Kayla said, sighing.

I chuckled at her remark before dropping my phone next to me.

"I guess that's the price of freedom?" I said, letting my head fall back against the couch's backrest.

"Yeah, I'm glad you feel the same way. It makes me feel less alone," she said, shrugging.

"Is that why you always come here when she comes to see Matt then? To feel less alone?" I asked with a smirk.

"Well, I prefer the company of an asshole like you to the solitude of my empty house," she said, smiling.

"Nice," I said, picking up my phone.

"Hey, I was kidding!" she said, kicking me from the other end of the couch.

"Yeah, I know, don't worry," I replied, sighing.

"What's wrong? Usually, you never miss a chance to have the last word with me," she said, concerned, sitting up.

"Oh, nothing, really, don't worry!" I said with a slight smile.

"Chris!" she said, kicking me again.

"Okay, okay, it's fine!" I said, grabbing her foot.

"But keep your stinky feet to yourself, please," I added, letting go.

"Speak," she said, chuckling.

"I don't really know what to say, it's awkward for me to open up to you," I said, furrowing my brows.

"We hang out almost every day; it's okay, I won't judge!" she said, rolling her eyes.

"Okay, well, I'm not feeling great right now. I feel like it's been an eternity since I had a real moment with my brothers," I started to say.

"And I don't want to sound weird, okay, I'm not sad, it's just that before, it was just us and occasionally our friends," I continued.

"Now that they're both in relationships, everything has changed. You came into the equation, and Nick gets along great with you, so he spends all his time either with you or with Shawn. And Matt spends all his time with Ash," I said, moving my hands to illustrate my words.

"So, you feel left out?" she said, tilting her head.

"No! Well, I don't know... The thing is, I adore you, Ash, and Shawn, but I feel like I can only spend time with you when the others aren't free. I don't know; I think I'd like for us to all spend time together at the same time. That way, everyone would get what they want. The thing is, I know we all already have pretty busy lives, so it's super complicated," I said, sighing.

"Yeah, I understand," she said, biting her lip.

"And I agree with you that we should maybe spend a little more time all together. I also feel a bit lonely since Ash got into a relationship..." she confessed.

"Really?" I asked, looking her in the eyes.

"Yeah, really. Maybe we should talk to the others? Maybe we should take a vacation, I don't know, a week or something. I've been working like crazy lately with Ash, and Nick told me that you guys have been working hard on your videos too. It would be a chance to take a break and all be together," she said, shrugging.

"Yeah, that would be a good idea!" I replied, smiling.

"We could go to that cabin where I went with my brothers a little over a year ago. It's a few hours away, but it's really worth it; it's in the middle of a forest," I told her.

"I'm down!" she said, smiling.

Zoé's POV:

"Oh my god, I didn't know you could—" Nick started, laughing before being interrupted by the ringing of his phone.

"It's Chris; he's calling me on FaceTime," he said, rolling his eyes.

"Answer; it might be important," I said, shrugging.

He let out a long sigh before answering, "What do you want?"

"I missed you too," Chris replied, smiling, seeing me right next to Nick.

"Hi, Peanut," he said, smiling.

"Hi," I replied, unable to help blushing.

"Hurry up; we're busy. Why are you calling me?" Nick said, annoyed.

"Kay and I decided that it's time for our little group to take a vacation, away from the troubles, away from work, and especially away from the bad vibes you're emitting," he said.

"Take a vacation?" Nick said, confused.

"Yeah, I talked to Matt and Ashley; they're up for it. We rented a cabin for the week, and we're leaving today," he announced, smiling.

"What? And you rented this cabin without telling me? You didn't even show it to me!" Nick said outraged.

"Calm down; it's the same cabin we went to with Laura the other time," Chris said, chuckling.

"Oh my god!!" Nick said all excited.

"By the way, Madi is supposed to join us there later in the week, and Zoé, you should come with us," Chris added.

"What?" I said, surprised.

"Well, we're not leaving you alone here, idiot," Chris said, rolling his eyes.

"You should suggest to Shawn to come too. It would be a chance for you guys to take a break," he added.

"Yeah, I don't know; I'll send him a message. What time are we leaving?" Nick replied.

"Hmm, I don't really know, the sooner, the better. We have quite a bit of road to cover, so pack your stuff and join us at the house," Chris said.

"I see that you guys are super well-organized without me," Nick said ironically, rolling his eyes.

"Okay, bye," he added before hanging up.

"I've just arrived, and it's already vacation time," I said, laughing.

"Well, maybe it's already vacation every day for you, my dear, but we don't stop working, I must remind you," he replied in a falsely haughty tone.

"Yeah, that must be it," I said, chuckling, before getting out of bed to pack my bag.

We continued chatting while I packed. I took enough for a week, nothing really extravagant.

"Don't forget to bring a swimsuit; there's a Jacuzzi there," Nick reminded me just before I closed my bag.

I added my swimsuit to my bag before receiving a message from Chris on my phone.

Chris:

You should wear a skirt

You:

Why do you want me to wear a skirt?

Chris:

It would make me happy if you did :)

"Who's that?" Nick asked, curious.

"Huh? Um, nothing important; it was a message from Dad," I said, clearing my throat.

Why did Chris insist so much that I wear a skirt? Should I do it? Or should I not do it? Maybe it's a test to see if I'm into him? Oh my god, why am I asking myself so many questions? I'm not even—

"Are you okay, Zoé?" Nick asked, concerned, interrupting my thoughts.

"Yeah, um, I'm going to change into something more comfortable, given that the journey will be long," I said, stuttering a bit.

I grabbed a skirt and a sweater lying around in my closet before leaving the room under Nick's confused gaze. Once changed, I joined Nick before signaling him to go.

"Um, my keys, I turn all the lights off, I remember to take my dietary supplements..." I muttered, rummaging through my bag to make sure I didn't forget anything.

"We're only going for a week, you know; no need to stress," he said, laughing.

I rolled my eyes before starting to walk towards their house; the journey wasn't very long. Once there, Nick went straight to his room to pack, and I headed towards the girls to say hello. Then, I greeted Matt and headed towards Chris.

When my eyes landed on him, his were already on me, which immediately made me feel warm; I suddenly felt all nervous.

"Hey, you," he said with a smirk before hugging me.

"I see you did what I asked you; good girl," he whispered in my ear so that only I could hear.

I felt shivers run down my body. Good girl? Why did that phrase affect me so much?

I cleared my throat before separating from him and sitting next to the girls, waiting for Nick.

"Okay, well, don't be mad at us, but we've already arranged the seating in the car," Kayla timidly announced to me.

"Um, why would I be mad?" I asked her, confused.

"It turns out Shawn is coming with us, and he insisted on sitting next to Nick. Ash said she was sitting in front with Matt, but Chris said he'd leave her the seat only if he could sit on the last two seats all the way in the back of the minivan," Kayla explained.

"Oh, um, okay, so where do I go?" I asked.

"Either you sit all the way back with Chris, or you sit next to Nick and Shawn; I'll let you choose, and given that, for me, it's like choosing between the plague and a hug," she said, rolling her eyes.

I chuckled at her statement before turning around to meet Chris's gaze.

"I'll sit in the back with Chris, don't worry," I said, smiling.

"Okay, as you wish," she said, shrugging.

After a few minutes of waiting, Nick came down with his things, and we finished loading the car before boarding.

"I hope you've already gone to the bathroom; I won't stop every 10 minutes, just so you know," Matt said, starting the car.

"Don't start with your snide remarks, babe; the road is going to be super long," Ashley replied, sighing.

"Yeah, we can do without it. Ash is right," Nick added, shaking his head.

"Shut it, or I won't pick up your boyfriend," Matt retorted.

"Can we avoid arguing now, guys? It's only been 5 minutes since we got in the car," Chris said, sighing.

"I'm going to take a nap; it's already too chaotic for me," Kayla said, putting on her headphones.

I couldn't help but laugh at the scene unfolding before my eyes. I was just happy to be there with my friends.

"You seem to be the only one finding this amusing," Chris said with a smirk, speaking just loud enough for me to hear.

"I'm just glad to spend some time with all of you after everything that has happened recently," I confessed.

"Yeah, me too. Honestly, it feels like it's been ages since we really enjoyed ourselves," he replied.

The beginning of the journey was quite noisy; everyone was chatting and singing along to the songs. We picked up Shawn, and the journey became increasingly silent.

Kayla was asleep, Nick and Shawn were watching a series cuddled up together, Ashley and Matt were talking about who knows what—they were too far away to hear. As for Chris and me, we were discussing everything and nothing; I was on my phone, resting my head on his shoulder.

"Why did you want me to wear a skirt so badly?" I asked Chris discreetly, straightening up.

A smile slowly spread across his face, and his gaze lingered on my lips for a few seconds, making me nervous again.

"Because it suits you," he said, placing his hand on my thigh.

I jumped at the touch of his cold fingers on my skin; my eyes landed on his hand before nervously looking back into his eyes.

"And because it's practical," he whispered in my ear before starting to caress my thigh.

I widened my eyes when I understood what he meant, and I started to feel hot, very hot.

"Chris," I chuckled nervously when his hand began to move a bit higher.

"Mhm?" he simply hummed, nodding his head.

"Are you serious?" I said, stopping smiling when I realized what he really had in mind; I think he was just trying to tease me.

"Did I, at any point, let you believe otherwise?" he said, furrowing his brows and smiling.

His hand was now under my skirt; he slid it from the side of my thigh to the inside before urging me to open my legs for better access.

"Ch-Chris, there might—we could get caught," I stammered because of the proximity between his fingers and my panties.

"Then I suggest you don't make a sound," he whispered in my ear before sitting up properly in his seat as if nothing had happened.

His fingers slowly began to caress my clothed crotch, prompting me to take a deep breath in the hope of not moaning. Chris looked at me with a big smile; he seemed to love it.

The danger of being caught sent a shot of adrenaline to my brain; normally, I would have been more reasonable and told him to stop, but screw caution, it felt too good to stop now.

His fingers pushed my panties to the side, and I spread my legs a little more to give him better access. He seemed surprised to see me do that, judging by the way his smile widened.

When he started massaging my cl*t with slow circular movements, my hand grabbed onto the buckle of his pants. I did my best to focus on my breathing and, above all, not to moan.

He chuckled before whispering, "That's it, good girl, breathe, hold back."

I looked at him, biting my lip, and he began to speed up the movement, making me furrow my brows and tense my face.

"You look so good when you try not to moan, you know that," he whispered in my ear.

My hand let go of his belt and slid onto his thigh, which I began to squeeze. What was happening between my legs and the way he talked to me were driving me crazy.

He slid his fingers towards my entrance before giving me a look as if asking for my approval. I hesitated for a moment before starting to nod.

He began by inserting his index finger, and I buried my head in his shoulder to muffle a moan in the fabric of his sweater.

"Shhhh," he whispered; I could hear the smirk in his voice.

He started to move his finger back and forth gently, and my head remained pressed against his shoulder.

When he added a second finger, my hand grabbed the bottom of his sweater and pulled.

"Don't cum," he whispered, accelerating the movement and massaging my cl*t with his thumb.

"Chr-Chris, I—hmm," I said with an extremely weak voice.

"You don't cum until I give you permission, Zoé," he whispered authoritatively, making my puss* clench around his fingers.

"I can't control that," I told him with the little strength I had left; my mind was already fully occupied trying not to moan.

I could feel something knotting in my lower abdomen, a sign that my org*sm was really close.

"Of course, you can, baby. Hold it, or I'll stop right now," he said.

"N-no, please, don't stop!" I said, feeling my breathing quicken.

I had my face now fully hidden, nestled against his shoulder.

"I want you to look me in the eyes," he insisted.

"Chris, I can't," I said, trying my best not to org*sm and moan.

He sped up the movement, and I rolled my eyes back; my head was spinning, and I felt like I was in an oven because I was so hot at that moment.

"Look me in the eyes, and I'll let you cum," he murmured.

"F-f*ck," I said when I realized I was no longer able to hold anything back.

I lifted my head to look him in the eyes, gripping his arm. I had my brows furrowed, and my jaw clenched to prevent any sound from escaping my mouth.

"Such a good girl," he said, licking his lips and accelerating the movement.

It was the final straw; I felt my org*sm engulfing me, and I was no longer able to hold anything back. My mouth opened to let out a moan, but Chris quickly pressed his free hand against my mouth to make sure no one could hear me.

I let my head fall forward against his chest with his hand still firmly pressed against my mouth, while his other hand between my thighs slowed down the movement, allowing me to ride out my org*sm perfectly.

He withdrew his fingers from me and brought them to his mouth to clean them.

"Did I ever tell you that you taste very good?" he asked, chuckling.

"Shut up," I said, straightening up before giving him a punch in the shoulder.

"I wanna kiss you so bad right now," he said, examining my face completely messed up by the org*sm he had just given me.

I bit my lip; I, too, was dying to have him kiss me.

"Don't say things like that; it's frustrating," I replied, biting my lip.

"The road is still long; we should take a nap to make it pass faster," he suggested, smiling.

I nodded before snuggling against him and closing my eyes.

Christopher Sturniolo, if someone had told me that one day you would make my head spin so much, I probably wouldn't have believed it...
